just keep re-connecting perhaps there is no other way just keep re-connecting turmoil in thoughts, thoughts in turmoil just keep re-connecting re-connecting with the inner silence that penetrates all the noise silence that is not rejecting anything, penetrating all just keep re-connecting hurting heart, suffering and pain of not wanting to feel, of not wanting to be where we are
just keep re-connecting with Being that is always there penetrating the hurting, the laughter, the numbness just keep re-connecting on and on day by day sometimes the blast of nothing will smash you into ecstatic and will be gone just keep re-connecting through the waves, the shapes, the sounds of inner self just keep re-connecting with Presence that interweaves all parts of you sometimes your movement of re-connecting will disappear in that moment the Being is all just keep re-connecting becoming ready to surrender the one who is re-connecting the ultimate re connect
