Develop the ability to:

  • be present in your body, with your emotions, thoughts and behaviours.

  • to plug into the space of inner peace, 

  • and to shift your gears into creative, intuitive, empowered life - especially in stress and in crissis situations.

BEING PRESENT

in movement 

Deepen your ability to connect with conscious presence within you in movement. These sessions are both, for those who do already practice of conscious movement and dance, and for those who just would like to open this door inside them. 

1,5- 2 hours
