In this 4-week online course, Magdalena shares her many years of experience and innovative approach to the practice of conscious presence, which she has developed over the last 10 years.
Magdalena, together with Colin P. Sisson, is also the co-creator of Integrative Presence and has many years of experience in training and mentoring Integrative Presence and Breath Integration practitioners in the certification process and in supervision.
Her passion is to inspire you to discover your true free nature, which is present in us all the time and experienced as Presence within us. When we start to give it our conscious attention and be consciously in it, the quality of our life changes radically, we experience more and more inner freedom, power, peace, silence, intuition and many other colors of the free true self.
For over a decade, Magdalena has been combining her path of presence with the power of conscious movement and dance, also offering workshops in which she inspires people to discover presence in the body through liberating meditation in movement.
