LIFE BEFORE DEATH

I invite you to a workshop of conscious exploration of your relationship with life and death, where we will be able to examine our unconscious attitudes that affect the quality of our entire life and do not allow us to experience it fully before we leave here.

The death of our body is the only certainty in our life. However, many of us prefer not to remember it, pushing its awareness as far away as possible... How is it with you?

• In the face of death, what becomes really important to us?

• What doesn't count anymore?

• And what didn't matter before - suddenly starts to get it?

• What keeps us from living what matters to us?

During the workshop we will reach within ourselves to the power of the conscious presence that exists within us, but most of the time we do not notice it. By giving our emotions and fears a conscious presence, we will open the door of transformation, reducing the power of our identifications with what we are not. We will bring our bodies into conscious movement, practicing presence in the body and giving ourselves space to be with the truth of our moment, until our self disappears and what we really are beyond thoughts and fears remains - embodied Being.
